REFLECTOR: FRANKLIN CARBURETOR

Larry,

I bought a Catto Prop that had originally been built for a 225 HP 
Franklin, but it wouldn't turn up high enough at static.

I ran it on a 200 HP Lyc and it was fine..

weird huh?
