REFLECTOR: FRANKLIN CARBURETOR

Larry,

Check for air leaks around the base of the carburetor
and intake manifold, especially at the mixing tube that
runs across the prop side (front) of the engine.

Your engine could also be shaking, resulting in movement
of the linkage to the carb.
