REFLECTOR: [SPAM] Flutter and a question for Scott Baker

We'll be flight testing the Rocket Racing modified Velocity SE to 220KIAS.
The RRL people want the aircraft to remain in eyeball sight of spectators -
so the speeds, while fast, will not be so fast that the aircraft goes out of
sight.
There will be a lot of "yanking and banking".
