REFLECTOR: Hardpoints for fasteners

I did the same thing that Ronnie did for my wiring tiedowns.  I used the 3/4" 
square dudes, and JB welded (in some places I may have used 3M contact  
adhesive where they were hanging under something... then JB welded a bit over the 
edges). 

While I have not yet flown... they seem pretty damn strong while dragging 
wires and such by them.
