Does Paul not have the nose wheel guides in there?

Just talked with Paul.  The nose gear hung up in the well.  Seems he put the

tension at 20lbs and it was to tight.  Had a cross wind on take off.  So 
when he put it up, it hung up.  Tried everything to get it down.  Nothing 
worked so they cleared the way and he put it down on its nose.  Afraid he 
would hit to hard he nicked the prop.  He says very little damage.  Gear 
doors and some scuffing.  But he is depressed a little. I know the feeling.
