REFLECTOR: Nose wheel shimmy

Larry,

If Velo does provide the locking pin assembly directly, that's certainly
a good idea....but I hope (and expect) they will do so after 'taking
care of' Ken and/or other parties that were responsible for developing
this improvement.  New ideas and improvements are a valuable commodity.
For those that want to 'give' the idea/product to the aviation
community, that's fine and appreciated.  For those who wish to recover
some of their time and costs for developing new ideas, that's perfectly
fine also.  All we ask is 'keep the ideas and improvements coming'!!!
