REFLECTOR: Correct wing measurements

I appreciate the info on that as well. I had a few "interesting" measuring 
things happen while I was building (still am).  

I went out this morning and measured the for/aft winglet/rudder measurement.  
It is nice to know I have 1-1/4" difference, and even in the right direction 
:)

Update:   Pannel in, and mostly connected. Pitot/Static hooked up & tested. ]
