REFLECTOR: Fatal Accident

Note to all - Dick Affenit recently sold his aircraft to a business and he
is alive and well.  The new owner based the aircraft in Tucson.  One of
their corporate pilots was fatally injured.  The aircraft is destroyed.
Other than knowing the aircraft was not involved in a take off or landing
during the crash - no one knows the details of why the accident occured.
