I think the Franklin/IVO combo is the best option for the standard
Velocity.  I'm curious about the IVO failures with the 360s.  Were they
all the unbalanced 360s?

Kurt,
I would want the max rudder deflection before the brakes touch.  The
rudders aren't that effective for the first 1/2 of the roll and any
braking really slows things down a lot.
