REFLECTOR: Pitch Trim Spring

Hi John...

All I wanted was enough angle so that I didn't run out of trim at max cruise 
speed plus 10 percent...When I go down hill more then 800 ft. per. min., I 
still have to push the stick a little...

That sounds like a good idea.  What effect were you looking at to decide on 
the
preferred adjustment angle?
