That was probably me.
I got a bunch of them (aluminum #10-32 bond studs) from Bob Nuckolls at
Aeroelectric.com. He had found a barrel of them at a junkyard in Wichita.
As far as I know, those are all gone.

A long time ago somebody posted a source for #10 studs that have a 1"
round head that is flat, thin with holes in it that can be bonded to a
fiberglass structure.
I ordered 10 and am now running out. Anybody remember where to get these
things?
