REFLECTOR: NOSE STRUT

I know there is a "poundage" of torque from the outside of the tire, 
I've heard 12 lbs.

I use the kick method, I lift the nose and kick the back side of the 
tire. If it stops emediatly after kicking, thats good. If it moves a bit 
further I tighten it. Never had a shimmy.
