Scott, I think I sent some pictures a couple months ago on how I mated the 
plenums using a section of rubber inner tube that I stretched over each end 
and were attached with a piece of aluminum pop riveted to each side of the 
plenum. I attached the firewall plenum pieces to the firewall with machine 
screws and capture nuts (cabin side of firewall). I left about an inch 
between the 2 plenum pieces for flexing. It seems to be working well and is 
easily removed (4 machine screws). People have said it looks good too.
