REFLECTOR: cooling requirements

John Slade has a Cozy with a 13BT (and air conditioning!). He's one of
the few folks I know who hasn't had overheating issues. He has a
standard Cozy NACA scoop feeding into a plenum formed by a large flat
radiator mounted horizontally forming the top of the plenum, stock Mazda
oil coolers on the sides, and a "door" at the rear that he can open like
a cowl flap. It's not a variable intake, but the variable exit serves
most of the purpose of variable intake and is much MUCH easier to make.
It works really well for him ... Jim S.
