REFLECTOR: cooling requirements

Yes, stepper is in place, jut not connected to any wires until I get the 
time to do so.  I want to fly!!!  I have deferred MANY of the cool items 
that I originally wanted, but before I knew it feature creep and over 10 
years of building are forcing me towards reality.

I've got pictures ... I think.  My intake scoops are at TVBF.org ...
