REFLECTOR: Nose Collapse

The Firefly is the Fixed Gear Twin Tail Velocity.

Another news account said he had a terrible vibration after take off, 
decided to land and found the nose wheel covers had come loose.  So he 
removed them, started to depart again and the nose fork broke.  Sounds like 
some shimmy damage?  or perhaps just too much weight as you suggested Scott.
