   Sorry to hear you are leaving now. Maybe you could stick around until I can get mine delivered to the factory and started in January or February? It sounds like I'm going to need and certainly benefit from your expertise and benevolent leadership in getting my XLRG-to-be started to the point where I can get it home to finish. My best wishes for you down the road.
