REFLECTOR: Franklin Spline Drive Fuel Pump

I am using a Weldon fuel pump on my Franklin. It is a vane pump and I think
the PZL pump is also. I tried to blow through the Weldon pump and nothing
happened. I, of course, plumbed in a by-pass. If you can't blow through
your PZL pump, you need a by-pass.
