REFLECTOR: Franklin Starter

Hmmm..   Shouldn't the Bendix engage first and then the starter will 
spin?   Most Bendix type starters have the power to the stator hooked 
into the Bendix so it won't spin until the Bendix is fully engaged.  
Otherwise you will shear the teeth off.
