Yes,

This was Bob Wood's first plane.  First flight with Brazilian wings.
Brendan was pilot.  I believe it was improper construction of the winglets
that led to a flutter that could not be stopped.

Saw this in the builder site, don't remember about it other than the one
time that there was a flutter problem with the original Brazilian wings- is
this the aftermath?
