REFLECTOR: Tractor vs Pusher props

The harmonic happens on all non-counterweighted 4-cylinder Lycoming engines 
and Mt-Propellers (before the (b)-series blades were introduced).  I'm told 
by Mt that it makes no difference tractor vs pusher.
