REFLECTOR: Oxygen system

Do you have an O2 system because you need it or does it make you
feel....well, the same reason some have a button on their stick that goes
rat-a-tat-tat when they push it.

I'd assume it is where you can get the most bang for the buck on those long
trips.  Depending on engine, prop, airplane, and air temp there is some
altitude that will get you the most miles for the least fuel. Or maybe
you're just after the highest ground speed, or just getting over weather.

 

I won't know until I actually get this thing off the ground; but my best
estimates for my combination suggest I'm going to like flying at somewhere
around 14 - 15,000 ft.

 

Al (None of the buttons on my stick give me rat-a-tat-tat.)
