Absolutely true, the WEST systems 410 is wonderful stuff.  Mixes much more 
easily than glass micro, doesn't tend to fly away.  Great to sand.  The 
only problem with it is it's expensive

410 handles and looks like phenolic microballoons, I got a large bag once 
from Composites One.  About the same price.  Some epoxies don't like 
phenolic micro.  EZ-Poxy - the same formulation as the old Hexcel 
SafetyPoxy - is one.  Mix the phenolic micro with it and it takes weeks to 
set.
