REFLECTOR: Glass weave filling??

Micro as dry as you can mix it, and a lot of elbow grease- it is hard to
move that stuff around.... The more balloons in there, the easier it is
to sand though..

Hi All,
I was wondering what techniques folks are using for filling the glass
weave prior to finishing. 
(ie- microballoons, superfil, etc.)
