REFLECTOR: Deltahawk engine

We just moved my STGRG velocity out of my garage and to the Delta Hawk 
facilities at Racine to have the firewall packages designed for both the 
upright and the inverted engines.  I plan to have the 200hp inverted as the 
final installation on my airframe.
