Ok, it is time to check the compression and also make sure both valves are opening the correct amount (something like 1/2"). I doubt both plugs would go bad - but don't rule it out. Also, you didn't say if you had tried moving the probe to another cylinder to make sure it is not the probe (I don't think it is, but better to KNOW that it is NOT the probe.)

No, the one egt is still high. I'm going to replace the EI plug as well and see what happens.

I have on mag and one EI, so the drop is different. One time just after starting I switched off the EI and the egt went to 0 and it ran rough. But it was ok after warming it up more. I replaced the sparkplug anyway. I think it helped a little, but not much.
