REFLECTOR: Transponder Signal Strength Anomaly - Recommendations

Mack,

the transponder antenna that I have is the flat circuit-board type, with 
an imbedded ground plane. There are no markings on the circuit-board, 
therefore I don't know the manufacturer (note: I'm not the builder, the 
documentation may be somewhere in the volumes of receipts, I have not 
come across the information as of yet).
