REFLECTOR: WING INCIDENCE [heur]

I made my shims with a "Handle".  I cut the shims the same diameters as the 
wide area washers except for one area which was extended to form a 
handle.  This permitted me to hold the washers while I inserted the bolt, 
then rotate the handle below the wing surface before I tightened the bolt.
