I've been calling them "Hitler's Revenge" since the 70s. I think the 
best and the brightest of German engineers are assigned to the team that 
... denies access ... to whatever it is you want to work on. You need to 
be a Japanese mechanic (ten-inch, five-knuckle bionic fingers) to be 
productive at all.
Has it all been said yet? ... Jim S.
