REFLECTOR: Elevator Confession-Question

I agree with Scott. Elevators aren't that hard to do. I'd get the factory to
send you a new set of foam cores.

If I couldn't get them straight with heat, I'd be inclined to start 
over..  You'll never get them balanced if you fill them.

You'll be looking at those elevators every minute of every flight.  I'd 
drive me crazy looking at a curved elevator.
