REFLECTOR: Nose wheel axle

Hi Bob-
The Axel threads out of the nose fork, the set screw just prevents it
from turning- there should be a place to insert an Allen wrench into the
axel to do this.

I need to take my front wheel off.  How does one go about removing the

wheel axel.    I have removed the set screw already.

Also do people prime the belleville washers?  Mine are all rusted.
