REFLECTOR: Al VG's

I recall that someone posted information on making VG's out of aluminum.  
Would you please send it again.

PS  I didn't make it to Oshkosh this year so I downloaded some photos from 
several sources.  When I went to view them my Windows viewer (XP) just gives the 
message "No Preview Available."  Can anyone give me a hint to fix this?
