REFLECTOR: Canard tips up or down?

Jorge,

I asked about the orientation of the canard tips a couple of years ago.  The
consensus among those wt the factory who had tried it both ways was, "no
difference in flight characteristics, but most people like the look of
upward-curving tips better".  So that's what I did.
