I looked through my notes and found I was using T0005 reducer mixed with 
T0003 reducer in the summer to slow the flash time, which if to fast is 
the cause of orange peal.  The down side is the paint is wetter longer 
so you have to be more vigilant about dust contamination. 

I think I got the T0005 mixed up with Crater-X which you probably don't 
need as your painting over new primer.
