Automotive Fuel Flow.
Unless they changed something in the last couple years, they use the
computer.
The onboard computer takes all of the sensor inputs, and knows how much HP
the engine is delivering and under what load. It then tells the fuel injectors
how much fuel to deliver (using dwell time). It doesn't actually measure how
much fuel is being used, it calculates how much fuel the engine should use under
those specific conditions.
