Ron, 

The short answer, Yes, 

The details will have to be found womewhere else, but the addition of a "cool 
can" or similar device to cool the fuel will increase the HP. I doubt that it 
is very practical in the air though. they take a decent amount of space, and 
the ones I used to use cooled the fuel with dry ice. 

Worked great in bracket racing.... not sure about the usefulness in the air.
