REFLECTOR: Vibration

Gone after annual.  Probably the sum of a little slack in aileron
control tube connection in Keel plus slack in push - pull cables.  I
added a little weight to the leading edge of the ailerons also.  No
vibration up to 210 kts.  Also changed the incidence of my left wing to
generate a little more lift and fly flatter.  Increased cruise by three
knots to 177 at 23x 23.
Still do not know for sure.
