REFLECTOR: Help out a potential Velocity buyer.

I was contacted by a person in the Philadelphia area who is interested in
buying a Velocity. Before buying, he would like to get a few hours in one.

I am located at White Plains, NY (HPN), so it would be a two and a half hour 
treck
each way for him.

If anyone with a flying Velocity in the Philadelphia is willing to help,
