REFLECTOR: Corrosion

I haven't seen any discussion on corrosion prevention tips for the
Velocity, so to open it up, here's a few ideas that I've done that might
be helpful:

1) Nickel-plated all steel parts. (concentric t.tube, bell cranks,
door HW, etc.)

2) Used LPS-Hardcoat for the inside of aileron & elevator torque
tubes. Will use in other areas as I go.

3) Using Teflon lubricant/protectant on moving parts (elevator &
aileron hinges, etc.).

4) Switch to stainless steel HW wherever possible. The cadmium
plating on screw heads gets scratched off after several
assembly/disassembly cycles. Nothing pretty about rusting screw heads!

5) Standard zinc chromate & paint for other aluminum surfaces.

For those already flying, have you noticed any particular "weak" points
when it comes to corrosion?

Probably overkill, but I want to fly this one for a long, long time!
