REFLECTOR: fuel feed - my solutions

Check valves have been tried in the fuel lines from the strake to the sump. I 
understand they were removed because they actually stopped fuel flow when 
fuel level in strakes was low, due to very small pressure head between low sump 
fuel and the sump tank. 
As far as I know fuel back flow of fuel from sump to strake has never been a 
problem, so a check valve would be of no use.
