REFLECTOR: Engine Hard Points

I am ready to position/bolt my engine/mount to the firewall.  My circa 1995 builders manual seems to be lacking in the detail department.  The manual shows hard points on the forward face of the firewall, but no hardpoints came with my kit or with the engine mount(173RG,Franklin) and no dimensions for the hardpoints are listed in my manual.

1.  Can someone steer me to the right material and dimensions for these hardpoints?
2.  Are hard points also used on the aft firewall face?  If so same questions as above.
