REFLECTOR: FUEL FEED

I agree with what you have to say, and it was and is a mystery.
 
Both times I experienced it the tanks were about 2/3 full. It turned out to  
be not a problem. The light just flickered on and off for several minutes, but 
I  knew that I had a good quantity of fuel and the gauges showed that I wes  
experiencing normal, even flows from both tanks. 
 
One time I was over the mountains in Southern California, the other above  
scattered cumulus over western Florida. The next time I fly, if weather permits  
I will again climb to 10,000 and cruise just to see if it happens again.
 
Once I decended to a more normal altitude (for me) of 7,000 feet, it  was 
fine.
