REFLECTOR: fuel flow irregularly

sometimes my fuel flow (RMI monitor) fluctuates by a few gph.  I think it
is the sensor/electrical connection, not the engine.

 I turn back
> for the airport and the engine will quit completely and start again
> before I can hit the boost pump. I throttle back and land.

Water in the fuel will do that.  More so at a high AOA.
