REFLECTOR: 165 kt Gear Extension Speed

I have had my velocity XLRG up to 165 kts with the gear down but no rear  
gear doors on.  I was wondering why the plane wasn't reaching cruse speed  after 
leveling out of climb only to discover that the gear was still down.   Rookie 
mistake in a retractable.  Tim
