REFLECTOR: Franklin fuel pressures

Franklin owners,
                 What sort of fuel pressure are you getting with the new
replacement fuel pumps as supplied by PZL.  
Do they require pressure adjustments or can they be used as they come
out of the box.  What do you use on that drain outlet and where do they
drain to (I assume that this is just an emergency drain). 

Is anyone using  a fuel pressure regulator between the fuel pump and the
carburettor?
