REFLECTOR: Alan Shaw Wings Question

Larry,
I had a similar build up of glass material in the rudder horn void on 
my Alan shaw wings. I used a dremmal tool and removed the material. I 
was a little concerned about it being structual but after talking to 
Scott Swing he assured me it was not a problem. If you look at the 
wing to winglet construction Lay ups they are intended to be forward 
of the bellcrank cut out . This is evidently not too well controlled 
in the mold that Allan used, so some of the material flows into the 
bellcrank cutout but can then be removed
