REFLECTOR: Putting additional outlets on the Down Draft Runners

Many have posted about taking additional air from the downdraft runners 
to supply oil coolers, water coolers,  intake air, etc...

I will need air for an intercooler and intake air.  I was thinking of 
using the ram air port I already have and possibly one of the arm pit 
scoops.  But if there is plenty coming through the down draft NACA's I'd 
love to eliminate the arm pits...

How much can we steal from the runners before we start effecting the CHT's?

Does the factory have a recommendation on this?
