Below is the e-mail I received from PolyFiber.

I'm amused that the solvent-based paint is now said to be more "user
friendly" than the water-borne, since that was the whole pitch for Top
Gloss!

Yes, Keith, you are exactly right. You need to 2 -part Epoxy Prime and then
use a top coat urethane. We have both of these, as do other manufacturers.
You may learn about our stuff through any of our distributors or by calling
us. 1-800-362-3490

Top Gloss was discontinued a couple years. The solvent-borne urethane
system is more user friendly. Before you epoxy prime, make sure the UV
Smooth Prime is completely dry.

Call if you need us.

Regards,

Greg

I have primed the Velocity I'm building with UV Smooth Prime, intending to
use the Top Gloss system. However, your website no longer makes mention of
Top Gloss. I take it that that product did not work out. Your web page on
Smooth Prime does make mention of an epoxy primer over the Smooth Prime,
then a urethane final finish over the epoxy. However, I don't see any
information on these finish products. Am I missing something?
