REFLECTOR: Tru Trak Question

To those of you that have a flying Tru Trak Altitude hold: 

In the wiring, there is a choice of "activity". Low, Medium and Hi.  Each has 
a different wiring requirement ( +, open or - ). 

Which of these is best suited to a Velocity.  If it matters, I have a 173 
elite.
