REFLECTOR: Aircraft Inspection prior to flight

As the manufacturer, you can define the crew requirements any way you 
wish.  However, once you define another pilot as "required crew", you've 
got to tote that sucker with you everywhere you go --- FOREVER.
Don't run afoul of the law of unintended consequences ... Jim S.
